Charlie Campbell has been General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for PEI since 2016. He also has his own law firm – the Law Offices of Charles R. Campbell, Jr. in San Francisco – where he specializes in corporate, real estate, corporate and real estate finance, development, construction and leasing, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, business law and trust and estate planning matters. His law firm represents a diverse clientele ranging from individuals and start-up business ventures to major private and publicly held corporations. His firm provides a full range of outside general counsel services to entrepreneurs and growth companies and advising foreign and domestic lenders and borrowers in connection with numerous workouts and defaulted loan transactions. Mr. Campbell received his B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and has practiced law for 36 years since receiving his J.D. from the University of Southern California.
